Recent updates and added features have been made to Google My Business to help make the platform work for local business owners. Many businesses are concerned with how their brand is being presented to potential customers when it comes to inaccurate business information or malicious reviews. Google My Business has been on track to resolve those worries and help convert online visitors into new “in-store” customers.
Additions such as the new Posts feature, Q&A feature and chat capabilities have been made giving business more control of what is presented to their new potential customers.
